SPORT MASSAGE

Contractures, overloads, lesions, etc.

This massage technique is focused on the muscle system of the person and is specially recommended for any sport practice.

It is divided in three differentiated areas:

Preparation phase before muscle effort:

This phase focuses on applying several techniques to prepare the muscles for effort, enervating muscle tone and oxygenating the tissues to prepare them for action. To be applied a minimum of 24 hours before the effort to be exercised.

Post-effort phase after the action:

These techniques are used to decontract and release tension from the muscle mass through stretching to avoid cramps, eliminate muscle adhesions, clean the tissues of residues from the effort and renew the fluids for cleaner and more oxygenated ones. It is useful to avoid overload or lesions, as well as allowing the organism to recuperate in a quicker and more efficient way.

Fine-tuning area:

Technique where in a programmed way in time (weekly or every fortnight), the entire muscle and bone system is explored in search of lesions or adherences. This maintenance is an optimal focus to prevent serious lesions, giving stability to our organism.

It is an ideal technique for anyone practicing regular sport and cultivating their body, to take care of the body and actively prepare it, gaining better tone and avoiding painful lesions that might require more complex recuperation.
