I studied ChiroMassage in Pamplona, my city of origin and some years later ChiroMasage II at the E.S.E.N. school in Granada.
In that very centre I came into contact with Craniosacral Therapy and delved into this way of working, guided by a teacher who taught me a new way of ‘listening’. Additionally I trained further in Osteopathy in two different schools in Barcelona and one in Zaragoza, where I obtained the final diploma in Osteopathy (D.O. in Osteopathy) at I.A.O. centre.
In Barcelona, once more, I became interested in Kinesiology and began my studies in Global Kinesiology, at Ismet school.
In parallel, I continue to train in and apply different techniques and ways of understanding the body and health such as with Zonal Acupuncture at I.A.O. centre and Craniosacral Therapy II at the Upledger Institute.

My passion
Ever since I can recall I enjoyed touching different objects, shaping them, caressing them, feeling them in the palm of my hand, feeling different textures and densities.
As I grew, I remember my mother suffering from back pain and I, intuitively, would massage her. I joyfully felt how through this touch her muscles would calm and she could rest. So, as soon as I could, I began training in chiromassage. Many opportunities opened up in front of me as well as the desire to continue learning, practicing and studying.
I love placing my hands on the body, allowing them to rest and slowly, gently sink more and more into the different tissues. Feeling how these, under my hands, relax, feel in more confidence and begin to tell me their stories and their possible paths, where I can accompany them to a comfortable place and to self-healing.
